By purchasing a hosting account you agree to the following:

We will pay the annual domain name fee for your domain name while your hosting account is paid for, this applies to the domain name we register for your account it does not apply to existing domains created by third parties.

If your account is terminated and you want to keep the domain name you will be responsible for any future domain name fees after your hosting account has been terminated.

You agree not to send unsolicited or bulk email to any party. One thing the world does not need is more junk mail.

No pornography can be stored or transmited by your account, this includes any pictures of a sexual nature, realistic or not, of humans, anthropomorphic depictions, or images suggesting humans that are under the age of 18 years.

We reserve the right to terminate any account for any reason or no reason and without notice. In the case of the account termination, we are not responsible for the content of your web site that is lost. Yes this sounds harsh but this clause is to protect us and you from people who abuse our service and try to be 'clever' when caught. We have never had to terminate a paid account and we hope we never have to.

We have a strict no refund policy, no exceptions.

Your hosting account can not be used to distribute, or make available any materials that are are defamatory, slanderous or trade libelous, threatening or harassing, discriminatory based on gender, race, age or promotes hate, worms, trojans, or viruses, or commit or attempt to commit any denial of service attack against any computer, network, or individual.
